Arantxa Sánchez is currently the Latin America Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition process within the organization. Previously, Arantxa held various roles in talent acquisition, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Supervisor, where they focused on driving operational excellence and developing effective recruitment strategies. Prior experiences include serving as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Automotive Lighting and working in telemarketing and journalism. Arantxa earned a degree in Communication and Digital Media from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
