Ben Goddard

Ben Goddard is an accomplished sales professional with over 11 years of experience in Category Strategy and National Account Management within the FMCG healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Associate Director - Sales at Johnson & Johnson, Ben focuses on driving sustainable category growth in the ANZ Vision Care sector. Previously, they held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including National Business Manager and Category Strategy Manager, where they successfully led initiatives that significantly increased sales and optimized promotional strategies. Ben also gained experience as a Business Strategy Consultant at Straterjee early in their career.
