Dave Helstowski

Dave Helstowski is currently the Head of Talent Management at Johnson & Johnson, specializing in MedTech. With a deep passion for developing and advancing talent, they have held various roles within Johnson & Johnson, including HR Leader for both Janssen Japan and the North America Supply Chain. Prior to this, Dave was involved in restructuring at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and began their career as a Management Trainee at Cintas. They earned a BA in Human Resources and Economics and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University.
