Dong Wu is the Head of the AP Innovation Center at Johnson & Johnson, where they specialize in open innovation and external business models in healthcare. With extensive experience in R&D for both China and global operations in Home and Personal Care, Dong has also served as VP of Global Engineering for Consumer at J&J and held senior director roles within the company in China. Prior to that, they were the Manufacturing General Manager at Unilever China, contributing to their rich background in innovative brand technology management and supply chain leadership.
