Gareth Spring

Gareth Spring is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Head of EMEA Supply Chain PMO at Johnson & Johnson since August 2013. In this role, Gareth has been instrumental in representing Procurement in various forums and managing relationships with external manufacturers across the Middle East and North Africa. With a strong track record in logistics and distribution, Gareth also oversees significant operations budgets and turnover, ensuring effective supply chain solutions. Additionally, Gareth holds key positions in other organizations, including Co-Founder and Non-Executive Board Chairman of the Middle East’s first outsourced Loss Prevention and Inventory Management Consultancy, and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Jard. Prior experience includes managerial roles at L'Oreal and logistical consultancy at Al Tayer Group and LMC Consulting. Gareth holds a BComm in Supply Chain Management and Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
