Gregory Gutierrez

Gregory Gutierrez is currently the Head of HR for the Janssen Supply Chain Large Molecule Platform at Johnson & Johnson, where they shape and execute organizational and people strategies. Previously, they held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Talent Acquisition Leader and an HR Leader, where they managed recruitment and developed talent strategies for multiple divisions. Gregory began their career in hospitality as a Manager/Partner at Bensi Restaurant Group and transitioned to staffing management at Robert Half. They hold a B.S. in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
