Gwendolyn Soden

Gwendolyn Soden has extensive experience in leadership and oversight within both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as Deputy Commander of the Mission Support Group in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Gwendolyn manages 600 personnel across various functions, including logistics and security. Gwendolyn also holds a position at Johnson & Johnson as Senior Manager of Application Security, where responsibilities include mitigating cybersecurity risks for global supply chain manufacturing. Previous roles include Director of Inspections for the Department of Defense and various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, including Cyber Officer and Communications Officer. Gwendolyn earned a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the United States Air Force Academy.
