Isha Williams

Isha Williams is an accomplished global marketing executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and consumer packaged goods sectors. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Healthcare Workforce Strategy at Johnson & Johnson, Isha is focused on advancing equitable access to quality care for patients worldwide. Previously, Isha held several leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, including US Director of Business Operations and Country Manager for Ecuador, where they drove significant business transformations and strategic initiatives. They are also a co-founder of the "GirlExec" Professional Coaching Series on YouTube and a board member for the Research for Action educational research organization.
