Ivan Karpjak is the Legal Director for the Medical Devices Group in the Central Region at Johnson & Johnson, where they currently oversee legal matters. They previously served as a Senior Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs from 2008 to 2020, specializing in corporate transactions and governance. Ivan began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Gleiss Lutz from 2007 to 2008. They hold an LL.M. in Corporate and International Trade Law from Harvard Law School and are pursuing a Master of Laws degree at Charles University in Prague.
