JanCarlo Sanchez, PMP, CSCP, MBA, serves as the Director and Technology Deployment Leader at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing a major business transformation initiative projected to generate $118MM in annual revenue growth and $40MM in cost savings through an SAP S4/HANA global template solution. With extensive experience in technology deployment, management of large-scale IT projects, and optimization of supply chain processes, JanCarlo has held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson since 2007, including roles as Solution Leader IT Director and Technology Senior Manager.
