Jeff Kasler is a seasoned professional in governmental relations, currently serving as the Director of U.S. State Affairs at Johnson & Johnson since 2025. Previously, Jeff held key roles including Director of Government Relations at OhioHealth from 2014 to 2025 and Director, Government Relations at the Ohio State Medical Association from 2012 to 2014. Jeff also worked as a Legislative Liaison for the Ohio Department of Public Safety and as a Budget Analyst for the State of Ohio's Legislative Service Commission. In addition to their extensive experience in state affairs, Jeff contributes to education as an Adjunct Instructor at Otterbein University from 2018 to 2025. Jeff is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at John Carroll University and an M.A. in Security Studies at Georgetown University.
