VP, Head of Global Regulatory Affairs, Medical Devices at Johnson & Johnson

Jennifer Paine is the current Vice President, Head of Global Regulatory Affairs for Medical Devices at Johnson & Johnson. Jennifer has held this position since April 2019. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Product Portfolio Officer and Executive Vice President of Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from June 2011 to April 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading global product portfolio strategy, new product development, and life cycle management. Jennifer held this position until June 2011 when they left Johnson & Johnson to join Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.

Jennifer Paine has a Master of Science in Environmental Toxicology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rhodes College. Jennifer also has certification from LinkedIn in Strategic Agility and from the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program in RAPS Member and Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) in Regulatory Affairs Professional Society Fellow.

Jennifer Paine reports to Ashley McEvoy, EVP & Worldwide Chairman, Medical Devices. They work with Brenda Tregellas - VP, Strategy & Deployment, Medical Devices, Uri Yaron - Worldwide President, Biosense Webster, and Gina Schneider - VP, Global Integration, Medical Devices.
