Kelly Lu

Kelly Lu is an IP attorney with significant experience in patent litigation and counseling across a variety of technologies, including medical devices and unmanned aerial vehicles. Kelly previously served as a Senior Patent Counsel at Johnson & Johnson, where they managed patent portfolios and developed IP strategies. Prior to that, they worked at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, litigating numerous patent cases in federal courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
