Kevin Shen

Kevin Shen has extensive experience in sales force effectiveness and corporate strategy, currently serving as the Performance Optimization Department Head at Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co Ltd since April 2021. Kevin holds a senior position at AstraZeneca as the AZ-Senior SFE BP Manager and has been the National SFE BP Leader at Sanofi since November 2018. Previous roles include SFE Manager at Johnson & Johnson's China subsidiary and Associate Director, China Operation Head for E-commerce at Nielsen. With a foundational background in IT at Air Liquide and a strong academic background, including an MBA in Global Management from KEDGE Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Kevin brings a robust combination of technical expertise and management acumen to his roles.
