Kunal Karani is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Heart Recovery in the Asia Pacific region at Johnson & Johnson, Kunal focuses on scaling the Heart Recovery organization to address significant cardiovascular needs, collaborating closely with regional leaders to enhance patient reach. Previously, Kunal held multiple HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Head of HR for Southeast Asia MedTech and a regional HR leader supporting over 600 employees. Prior experience includes a tenure at Accenture, where Kunal was the Global Client Account Human Resources Lead, providing strategic HR services to complex client accounts, alongside other HR roles. Kunal began his career at Aditya Birla Group, developing employee engagement and welfare initiatives. Kunal holds a Master's of Management Studies and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and Welingkar Institute of Management, respectively.
