Lexie Kirsch is a Human Factors Engineer with a solid background in usability research and engineering. Lexie began a career in Human Factors as a co-op at Farm Design, Inc. from May 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities included moderating usability studies and authoring research protocols within an ISO 13485-certified quality system. Lexie then served as a Human Factors Engineer at Farm, A Flex Company from August 2020 to March 2021, followed by a position at Bresslergroup as a Human Factors and Usability Researcher from August 2020 to November 2020. Currently, Lexie works at Johnson & Johnson in the Robotics and Digital / MedTech sector, starting in March 2021. Lexie holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
