Manoj Gadgil

Manoj Gadgil is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Business Unit Head and VP Marketing at Kenvue since May 2023. With over 24 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson from May 1999 to the present, Manoj has held various senior leadership roles, including Vice President Marketing & BU Head, where responsibilities included leading a marketing operations transformation and managing the Femcare business in Asia Pacific. Furthermore, Manoj has experience managing key brands, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing sales operations in multiple capacities, including sales management in different regions. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.E. in Polymer from Pune University. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Reliance Industries Ltd. in 1995-1996.
