Mark C. Didriksen is the Finance Solutions & Technology Program Training Director at Johnson & Johnson, where they create and drive the execution of training strategies across various projects. With over three decades of experience in global learning, Didriksen previously held leadership roles at UBS and Jack Morton Worldwide, demonstrating expertise in instructional and curriculum design, team management, and process development. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate and Organization Media from Ithaca College and are currently enrolled in executive education at The Wharton School.
