Matthew Fischel, PMP, is an accomplished technology and project management professional with over 25 years of experience in leading complex technology initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Solutions Engagement at Johnson & Johnson since February 2010, Matthew drives business value streams and shapes demand across various technology services. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Infrastructure Program Management, where program management leadership was provided for next-generation technology capabilities, and Global IT Integration Program Manager, overseeing a global project portfolio within a matrixed organizational structure. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Matthew worked as a Senior Manager at The North Highland Company, consulting for major clients, and as Director of Implementation at Netifice Communications, overseeing product implementations for several high-profile clients.
