Michael Smiley

Michael Smiley, CPA CMA, is currently the Director of Operations at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson), where they build and implement strategies for operational transformation and enhance collaboration across teams. They have previously held positions such as Business Unit Finance Manager at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, where they provided strategic financial counsel, and Business Analyst roles at Kraft Foods Group and Young & Rubicam. Michael began their career as an Associate Account Manager at Symbol Technologies and worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst at The Coca-Cola Company. They are also pursuing a CPA, CMA designation with CPA Canada and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Guelph.
