Monique Marshall

Monique Marshall is currently the Global Head of HR MedTech Regulatory Affairs at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2022. Previously, Marshall developed a diverse skill set within Johnson & Johnson through various roles in the Global Human Resources Leadership Development Program. Earlier in their career, they served as a Professional Development Presenter and Educator in Baltimore City Public Schools, where they contributed significantly to teacher training and curriculum development. Marshall holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s Degree from Cornell University ILR School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park.
