Shailesh Lad

Shailesh Lad is the Director of IT for the Customer & Sales Product Line Org at Johnson & Johnson. They previously held various positions at the same company, including Senior IT Manager and IT Lead - CRM Architect, from 2016 to 2019. Shailesh has also worked as a Sr. Consultant at ICL Fujitsu and Silverline Technologies, and as a Design Engineer at Mukand Ltd. They hold a Master's degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology, along with a PMP certification from PMI Org.
