Shan J. is a business leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and enterprise-scale technology programs. Currently serving as President of Polyphonic at Johnson & Johnson and an Executive Board Member for AdvaMed’s Digital Health Tech Division, Shan focuses on advancing secure data connectivity and innovation in digital health. Previously, Shan held various leadership roles at Baker Hughes, where they successfully transformed the digital portfolio and significantly improved customer experience. Shan earned an MBA from McMaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from Queen's University.
