Sipra Bond

Sipra Bond has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President Global Supply Chain for MedTech Surgery at Johnson & Johnson since August 2001, overseeing a $4 billion Surgical Instruments business unit with full P&L accountability. Prior roles at Johnson & Johnson include Vice President Global Planning for J&J Vision, managing global E2E planning and inventory for $5 billion in sales, and Sr Director positions in external manufacturing and supply planning across various divisions. Sipra's career began at ExxonMobil as an SAP Project Lead and Component Development Engineer, where responsibilities included product development and global ERP implementation. Sipra holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
