Steven McIntosh

Steven McIntosh has extensive experience in employee and labor relations, currently serving as the Employee Relations / Labor Relations Leader for multiple divisions at Johnson & Johnson since January 2017. Prior roles include HR Manager and Senior Consultant for Employee Relations at Allstate from August 2014 to January 2017. McIntosh's foundation in personnel management originated from a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where positions included Director of Investigations and Inquiries for the Office of the Inspector General and various management and specialist roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Military Management and Program Acquisition from American Military University and an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
