Tammy Stevens

Tammy Stevens, EdD, MBA, is an innovative leader with over 24 years of experience in both public and private sectors, specializing in strategic resource management, talent development, and diversity initiatives. They served as Associate Dean at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they transformed a longstanding summer program into a comprehensive scholar development initiative. As Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Northrop Grumman and later at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, they designed strategies that fostered an inclusive culture and improved recruitment practices. Currently, as Director at Johnson & Johnson, they lead finance transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing decision-making processes and operational efficiency. Tammy holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Maryland.
