Tincy Philip

Tincy Philip is a purpose-driven leader currently serving as the Product Director in Dermatology at Johnson & Johnson. They have extensive experience in clinical research and project management, having previously worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, where they held several roles including Manager and Associate Director of Clinical Project Scientists. Tincy began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Caremark and later transitioned to research roles at both Albert Einstein Medical Center and Temple University. They hold a Master of Public Health from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Temple University.
