Trix Duesing is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in IT service management and technical program management. Currently serving as the Global Services Delivery Center Technology Leader at Johnson & Johnson since May 2021, Trix has previously held multiple leadership roles at Teleperformance from August 2014 to May 2021, including Director of Technical Program Management and Philippines Lead for I.T. Technical Account Management. Prior experience includes management positions at Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc. and PeopleSupport (Phils.), Inc. Trix holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 2000 and 2004.
