Vidya Kishore

Vidya Kishore is the Head of HR at J&J Global Services within Johnson & Johnson, where they lead talent, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to support cross-functional shared services globally. Previously, they held several senior HR roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Head of HR for North American Corporate Functions and Senior Director of HR for Janssen R&D. Prior to their tenure at Johnson & Johnson, Vidya worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at GE Healthcare and as a Benefits Analyst at CitiStreet. Vidya holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in School of Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Madras, and is currently pursuing a program in HR Strategy at Cornell University.
