Phil Savoy

Phil Savoy has a diverse professional background in construction, maintenance, and HVAC services. Currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Johnson-Laux Construction, Phil manages projects under the NJPA / EZIQC Job Order Contract program. Previously, Phil has worked as a Service Tech and Trainer at A&E Factory Service, a Senior Building Inspector at Fairfax County Environmental Services, and as an Owner of Savoy Construction Co. Phil has also served as a Project and Service Manager at Action Heating and Air and as a Maintenance Director at McIntosh County Board of Education, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills throughout their career.
