Ashwin Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Group Global Operational Excellence Director at Johnson Matthey since September 2014. Singh has been instrumental in shaping the Group Operations strategy and overseeing the development of a comprehensive Operational Excellence Production System. Previous roles include Group Global Head of Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Director at Johnson Matthey, where strategies were developed to enhance safety and operational efficiencies across numerous sites. Singh’s career also includes significant positions at Johnson Matthey South Africa and Macedonia, managing diverse teams and driving successful CAPEX projects and performance improvements. Educational qualifications encompass degrees in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and certifications in Agile Project Management and Lean Six Sigma, among others.
