Joanne Holmes

Joanne Holmes is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel, Group at Johnson Matthey since March 2015, where responsibilities include supporting group functions, M&A activities, corporate governance, litigation, and compliance matters. Prior roles at Johnson Matthey include Head of Business Ethics, where Joanne focused on promoting ethical practices and compliance, and Senior Legal Counsel, Compliance, addressing financial crime and data protection issues.
