Richard Fyles

Richard Fyles is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Global Process Engineering Manager for Capital Projects at Johnson Matthey, overseeing capital projects valued up to £400 million. Previously, Richard held the position of Head of Scale Up & Engineering at Econic Technologies Ltd, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and driving the industrialization of processes. With a strong background at Johnson Matthey in various senior engineering roles, Richard has developed best practice standards, managed complex engineering projects, and cultivated strong relationships with stakeholders. Richard began the career as an Accounts Clerk at Fenleys, earning a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
