Qiu Chunpeng

Leader Process engineer at Johnson Medtech

Qiu Chunpeng has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Qiu began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at IPE Group, where they designed metal cutting fixtures and assisted in the development of an automatic eight station rotating disc machine. Qiu also handled material orders and ensured on-time delivery.

In 2007, Qiu joined BRP Asia Limited as a Mechanical Engineer, where they communicated with designers to assess assembly feasibility and manufacturability of new products.

In 2010, they moved to Andritz China as a paper machine designer. Here, they developed new paper machine and coating machine based on customer requirements, selected components, and created 3D and 2D drawings.

From 2012 to 2018, Qiu worked at Valeo Interior Controls Shenzhen Co Ltd as a Senior Process PTM. In this role, they led process launch teams, proposed equipment setups, conducted validations and acceptances, and ensured timely delivery to the APU team.

In 2018, Qiu worked as a Production Engineer at blocks.limit, where they focused on DFX for a new product, specifically an E-Bicycle display controller. Qiu also selected process methods for the product.

In the same year, Qiu joined Johnson Medtech as a Leader Process Engineer. Qiu was responsible for various projects, including improving the production line capacity, renewing old machines, introducing new machines, and qualifying new material substitute suppliers for endoscope surgical knife PCBA products.

Qiu Chunpeng has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation, which was obtained from Xiangtan University. The degree was earned from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Qiu Chunpeng has obtained a certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018. The certification does not provide a specific field of study.
