David Augustine

David Augustine, P.E. is a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in construction management and civil engineering. Currently employed at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since January 2016, David oversees the quality assurance of complex roadway and bridge projects, managing on-site inspection staff, budgets, schedules, invoicing, project audits, and agreement management. Prior to JMT, David served as a Project Manager at Trumbull Corporation from November 2014 to December 2015, focusing on construction management for similar projects. David's career began at PennDOT District 11-0, where advancement from Civil Engineer Trainee to Senior Civil Engineer Supervisor occurred between May 2007 and October 2014, gaining key experience in construction inspection, roadway design, project delivery, and highway occupancy permits. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
