David Coyne

David Coyne, P.E. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Maryland Regional Manager, and Hunt Valley Office Leader at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since February 2017, David has also held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President. Prior to this role, David spent over 15 years at the Maryland State Highway Administration, achieving the position of Deputy Administrator/Chief Engineer for Operations before retirement. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
