David Millen

David Millen has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, holding key positions in various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since March 2022, David previously worked as Senior Project Manager at Vaughn & Melton from January 2013 to May 2022. Earlier in the career, David held roles as District Engineer and District Preconstruction Engineer at the Georgia Department of Transportation from October 1998 to December 2012. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University, which was completed between 1981 and 1985. David's foundational education was completed at R. E. Lee High School from 1977 to 1981.
