James Trout, PE, is an experienced professional in structural engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech. Currently serving as the Owner of Arrow Property Group since April 2022, James also holds the position of Senior Associate at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since June 2010. Previous roles include Assistant Instructor at NHRC Gymnastics, Seafood Hand at Geresbeck's Food Market, and Co-Owner of CUZ Catering. Early career experience consists of an internship at Whitney, Bailey, Cox & Magnani and various responsibilities at Silver Spring Mining Co. from 2001 to 2007.
