Bruce Adkins

Bruce is a partner in our Energy & Natural Resources group, and has more than 25 years' experience in M&A and project development in the resources sector.

He is widely regarded by clients and peers as one of the leading energy and resources lawyers in Australia, and is best known for his expertise in energy and resources M&A and project development.

Bruce has been involved in negotiating and documenting new resources and infrastructure joint ventures, the sale and purchase of major mining, transport, energy and industrial assets, the development of new projects, and the negotiation and documentation of high value procurement and supply contracts.

Bruce was a finalist in the Lawyer’s Weekly 2017 and 2018 Partner of the Year Awards for ‘Projects, Energy and Resources Partner of the Year’ and ‘Mergers and Acquisitions Partner of the Year’. He was also crowned as the 2018 Brisbane Energy Law 'Lawyer of the Year‘.
