Paul Turner

Paul is an energy and resources and infrastructure lawyer specialising in the fields of energy regulation, property and public sector advice.

His experience includes the negotiation of major construction contracts and associated documentation, public sector asset sales and outsourcing, administrative law challenges and real property development. Recently Paul has focused on structured property transactions and major government outsourcings and restructures.
