Brian Jacoby

Brian Jacoby has over 25 years of experience in engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Engineering Coordinator and previously as a Senior Project Engineer at Johnsonville since August 1999, Brian has a strong background in engineering roles. Prior to Johnsonville, Brian worked as an Engineering Manager at Leiner Davis Gelatin from January 1998 to August 1999 and as a Maintenance Engineer at Hormel Foods from January 1993 to January 1998. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
