Steve Bembenista is an experienced Senior Brand Manager of Innovation at Johnsonville, responsible for overseeing the entire innovation process for the brand's product lines, including Bratwurst and Italian sausage. Since joining Johnsonville in December 2008, Steve has led cross-functional teams to deliver strategic product launches, developed integrated marketing plans, and ensured new product profitability. Steve's prior roles include customer insights analysis and various plant operations positions, complementing a strong educational background that includes an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Steve previously served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities included the safe operation of naval vessels.
