Steve Shircel

Steve Shircel has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations performance improvement, project management, and continuous improvement.

Steve is currently working at Johnsonville as the Director of Operations Performance Improvement since June 2023.

Prior to this, Steve worked at Johnsonville Sausage for a significant period, starting as a Continuous Improvement Manager from November 2006 to March 2013. Steve then served as a Senior Project Manager for New Product Development from April 2013 to October 2021. Lastly, they held the position of Plant Manager from November 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Johnsonville Sausage, Steve worked at Lear Corporation as a Six Sigma Black Belt from February 2001 to March 2006, followed by a short stint as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from April 2006 to October 2006.

Steve Shircel completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Lakeland University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2006. Steve also holds a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
