Daniel Klein

Daniel Klein is an experienced attorney with a significant background in litigation and legal counsel. Currently serving as Counsel at Johnston Clem Gifford since June 2017, Daniel previously held positions as a Litigation Associate at Kane Russell Coleman & Logan, PC from 2014 to June 2017, and at Weil Gotshal and Manges from September 2008 to September 2014. Daniel began a legal career as a Law Clerk to Judge Gerald Tjoflat at the U.S. Court of Appeals from 2007 to 2008. Prior to entering the legal profession, Daniel served as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps Reserve from 1997 to 2007. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas at Austin (2003-2006) and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from The University of Kansas (1997-2001).
