Eric Lopez M.ed.

Eric Lopez M.Ed. is an experienced World Languages educator currently teaching French and Spanish at the International School of Kigali since August 2023. With a strong background in language instruction, Eric has also served as a World Language Educator in Johnston Public Schools since August 2017 and as Director of Escuelita, an after-school foreign language program for 3rd to 6th graders, since August 2009. Previous roles include World Language Learning Facilitator at 360 / Evolutions High Schools and Foreign Language Teacher at Chariho Middle School, where Eric focused on Spanish and French exploratory courses. Earlier experience includes serving as Language Lab Supervisor at Georgia Perimeter College and Manager at Ruby Tuesday. Eric holds a Master's in Education from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Rhode Island College, along with a Bachelor's degree in French from the University of West Georgia.
