Maiah McNeil

Maiah (Johnson) McNeil, M.Ed, currently serves as a School Counselor for Johnston County Public Schools since June 2021, following a previous role in the same position at New Hanover County Schools from February 2020 to June 2021. Maiah's diverse experience includes working as an Associate for Marine Corps Community Services, holding various management positions at chocolatepaper, and completing internships as a School Counseling Intern at Bedford County Schools and Roanoke City Public Schools. Maiah also has an extensive background as a Substitute for York County School Division and as a Nanny for The Ruffieux Family. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling from Liberty University and ongoing doctoral studies in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology at Regent University.
