Michael started their career as a Field Service Technician at Hansler Industries Ltd and has since advanced through various customer service roles in the material handling industry. Michael holds a degree in Heavy Equipment Construction Techniques from Sheridan College. Currently, Michael holds the position of National Manager - Customer Support Services at Johnston Equipment, where Michael has been working since 1987. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Product Support And Aftermarket Sales Manager at Powlift / Hewitt Material Handling.
