The Human Resources team at Johnston Equipment is responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, and fostering a productive work environment. They ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and design strategic HR initiatives to support the company's goal of enhancing supply chain efficiency. Team members include the Director of Learning and Development, who focuses on training programs; and Senior HR Business Partners, who provide strategic advice and support to meet the organizational objectives.
