Ion Minca

Ion Minca is an accomplished professional in the iGaming industry with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as the Head of Product at JOI Gaming Ltd since March 2024, Ion also co-founded and holds the COO position at Kronia DAO since December 2021. Previous roles include Head of Service Delivery at TrueLab Game Studios, where Ion optimized the game creation process, and Head of Product at Web International Services Ltd., focusing on sports betting and SEO strategies. Ion's earlier experience spans significant positions at Max Entertainment, including Head of Casino and Product, where innovations such as NFT tournaments were introduced. Ion began the career in iGaming as a Sales Manager at KCO and progressed through various roles in the sector, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Law from Dimitrie Cantemir University.
