Pat McCleskey

Pat McCleskey, PMP is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and leadership roles. They have worked for Join Parachute, LLC as Vice President of Facilities & Construction since 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at BPL Plasma from 2017 to 2021, overseeing the construction and remodeling of plasma donation facilities.

Before joining BPL Plasma, McCleskey was the Chief Executive Officer of Gresham Foods, Inc. from 2016 to 2017, where they successfully expanded the business's reach and managed day-to-day operations. They also served as a Project Manager at Flintco, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, contributing to the renovation of the Seaholm Power Plant and the construction of the Seaholm Low Rise.

In addition, they worked as a Project Manager at Harvey-Cleary Builders from 2012 to 2014, leading the construction of a mixed-use high-rise development. Prior to that, they held positions at Taylor International Corporation as a Project Manager/Estimator from 2008 to 2012, and as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued and managed projects across the United States and Mexico.

McCleskey also has a military background, having served in various leadership positions with the Nevada Army National Guard from 2000 to 2008, including a role as Captain, commanding an Armored Cavalry Troop.

Their early career included a role as an Assistant Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from 2000 to 2006, where they oversaw the completion of various construction projects.

Throughout their career, McCleskey has demonstrated strong project management skills, strategic planning abilities, and the ability to successfully lead and execute complex projects.

Pat McCleskey, PMP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, earned between 1995 and 2000. Pat also completed the Armor Officer Basic Course at the US Army Armor Center in 2000 and the Armor Officer Advanced Course, where they graduated with honors, in 2004. In 2019, Pat obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
